Most of that phone cards I clicked on has kind of set up fees, connection fees, or monthly fees.

Answer to your comment in regards to payphone charges.
For Canadian accounts we charge 80 cents per call when using an 800 number from a payphone.
USA accounts we charge 90 cents per call when using an 800 number from a payphone.
To try and avoid these charges on Canadian accounts it is best to find the local number in your area. Dial the access number which asks you for your pin (Right Hand Side) http://www.telesmt.com/long-distance/accessnumberCanada.aspx
Insert your pin and then dial your destination number. No payphone charge applies when calling a local number in your area.
For USA account holders. Telesmart has various local numbers in the United States with the use of a pin.
This will reduce the rates to any destination by 1 cent.
