Answer to comments in regards to payphone charges

For Canadian accounts we charge 80 cents per call when using an 800 number from a payphone.

USA accounts we charge 90 cents per call when using an 800 number from a payphone.

To try and avoid these charges on Canadian accounts it is best to find the local number in your area:

  1. Dial the access number which asks you for your pin (Right Hand Side) http://www.telesmt.com/long-distance/accessnumberCanada.aspx
  2. Insert your pin and then dial your destination number.
  3. No payphone charge applies when calling a local number in your area.
  4. For USA account holders. Telesmart has various local numbers in the United States with the use of a pin. This will reduce the rates to any destination by 1 cent.
  5. To find a local number in your area please dial 1-866-863-0874 , and follow the prompts.
